✔ Certain products such as personalized/custom items, health & wellness products, and perishable goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Policy

3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

✔ If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned according to our return policy.
