3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchanges
